What we collect

This website has no server-side form handling and no tracking scripts. The quote request form runs entirely in your browser: when you press send, it composes an email in your own email programme. Nothing is transmitted to us until you send that email yourself.

When you do send it, we receive what you put in it — company, contact name, email address, telephone number where given, market, channel, categories of interest, indicative volume and any notes.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry, issue quotations and samples, and maintain the resulting business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you initiated, and, where a supply relationship follows, performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any relationship arising from it, and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting and commercial record-keeping rules.

Sharing

To act on your enquiry we share the commercial details with the producer we represent, so that samples, specifications and pricing can be prepared. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority — Datatilsynet in Norway, IMY in Sweden, or the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland.
