1. Scope

These conditions govern commercial enquiries made through this website and any quotation issued in response to them. They do not replace a signed supply, distribution or agency agreement, which prevails in the event of conflict.

2. Quotations

Quotations are non-binding and valid for the period stated on the quotation itself. Where no period is stated, a quotation is valid for 30 days from issue. Prices are quoted per Incoterms 2020 on the delivery term named in the quotation, exclusive of VAT, import duty and any market-specific levies unless expressly stated.

3. Orders

An order is binding only once confirmed in writing. Minimum order quantities, case configurations and production lead times are confirmed per reference at the time of quotation and may change with production planning.

4. Product information

Product descriptions, formats and weights shown on this website are indicative and provided for orientation. Binding specifications — including net weight, ingredients, allergen declaration, nutritional values, shelf life, EAN codes and case pack — are those in the specification sheet issued for the reference concerned. Recipes, packaging and artwork may be changed by the producer.

5. Samples

Samples are supplied for commercial assessment. Samples may differ from production batches in packaging or labelling and do not constitute a warranty of any particular batch.

6. Liability

Nothing in these conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability arising from information published on this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
